Charleston Auto Auction also received a second citation from Wheels: the Outstanding Quality Award for the Eastern Region. This award recognizes high-quality customer support for vehicle sales.

Carolina and Charleston Auto Auctions are both consistent performers for Wheels. Both facilities led their regions for Wheels in 2007 as well, the Charleston Auto Auction having received the Quality Service Award and Carolina Auto Auction being recognized with Wheels’ Outstanding Performance Award.

Chris Wise, national remarketing manager for Charleston Auto Auction, remarked, “Dedication to customer service is an integral part of our company’s philosophy. It is embraced by every employee at the auction and affects every auction transaction, and we’re pleased to have our efforts recognized for the second year in a row by Wheels.”

“We are pleased to be recognized by Wheels for the second year running,” said Sal Terranova, Carolina Auto Auction’s national remarketing manager. “This award is the result of hard work and attention to detail on the part of every member of our staff. I applaud them for their efforts and pledge on their behalf to continue to offer the level of performance that will keep us at the top of our region for Wheels in 2009.”

Wheels’ remarketing network includes more than 140 vendors, including auctions, wholesale dealers, and internet auction providers.
