ALISO VIEJO, CACargigi, one of the industry’s most effective Internet sales lead generators, has enhanced its vehicle marketing solutions with the help of CARFAX. Now, subscribing dealers can have vehicle history information from CARFAX added to their inventory marketed online. Providing this information up-front to online shoppers builds confidence and influences their dealer choice.

“Partnering with CARFAX enables us to assist our dealers in representing the quality of their pre-owned offerings,” said Rick Ashby, co-founder and executive vice president of Cargigi. “It also provides potential buyers with immediate, cost free access to critical information regarding the historic background of the vehicle(s) they are interested in purchasing. Due to the consumer traffic we generate, dealers are able to get tremendous exposure for their pre-owned inventory as well as quality, targeted, first-party leads and selling opportunities regarding specific pre-owned vehicles.”

Cargigi leverages the CARFAX brand to attract more buyers and further increase the visibility of a dealer’s inventory. Vehicle listings posted by Cargigi on many of the leading free classifieds websites can include CARFAX Vehicle History Reports purchased by dealers. Used car shoppers can view the reports free by clicking the ‘Show Me the CARFAX’ logo on each listing.

“Online leads are vital to our business,” said Andy Graff, Director of Sales at Galpin Ford. “We’re very excited that Cargigi has partnered with CARFAX. It’s a great benefit that we expect will drive even more shoppers from the Cargigi online network to our store.”

In addition, shoppers can click directly to the vehicle details on a dealer’s Facebook page to see vehicle history highlights from CARFAX. Vehicle videos created by Cargigi for Facebook and YouTube may also include CARFAX information.
