MANHEIM, PA – Carfax recently announced it has partnered with www.CarTango.com, an online auto community for women, to include its Carfax 1-Owner vehicles on the Web site, which can help to boost consumer confidence.

Essentially, visitors to CarTango.com can access 1-Owner vehicles through the advanced search function on the site, specifically filtering their results to vehicles with only one previous owner. Also, users can view Carfax vehicle reports that subscribing dealers have previously run with their listings.

Not only does this allow dealers to provide more information to potential customers, Carfax indicated that its 1-Owner vehicle can sell up to nine days faster. Also, the company suggested that shoppers are often willing to pay as much as 15 percent more for 1-Owner vehicles. CarTango.com reported that about 8,000 dealers currently list their inventory on the site.
