How hard is the program? The modules are 8-16 pages each. Read the material, review the material and then take the tests. Many are able to complete 4-5 exams at a sitting. Most of us are experts in some aspects of remarketing and how our organization does things. The course material provides a broader view of the industry as a whole that illuminates best practices and challenges faced by consignors, auctions and service providers.  Graduates of the program have uncovered a lot of their own blind spots and are better able to perform in their current role and work with others in the remarketing industry.
