LETHBRIDGE, ALBERTA – AutoTradeCenter Canada Ltd. has implemented its cDemo inspection technology with Mercedes-Benz Credit's (MBC) third-party inspection vendor. MBC's third-party inspection vendor provides electronic inspection services for off-lease vehicles across Canada. A 60-day implementation phase has been completed and the inspection vendor is evolving towards deploying the technology with its 17 other existing clients.
The third-party inspection vendor, using ATC Canada's cDemo Inspection Intelligence, now provides inspection services at customer homes to give MBC immediate access to vehicle condition information 30 days prior to lease termination. MBC uses this information to confirm and recover costs relating to reconditioning and remarketing of off-lease inventory. MBC's Remarketing Manager can assess vehicle condition, estimate repair costs, establish price, and manage auction listings from a single remote web console, saving costs, and time.
ATC Canada offers a combination of services and technology products for Canadian companies engaged in wholesale vehicle remarketing, including its online vehicle auction platform and the cDemo Inspection Intelligence technology. ATC Canada's inspection technology standardizes the vehicle assessment data collection process and enables the management of 'virtual' vehicles' online.
