MT. LAUREL, NJ – ARI recently hosted a dinner to honor its regional auctions of the year for 2004. ARI presented six regional awards to its top auctions and one national award to the top independent dealer. The awards are based on several performance criteria that demonstrates excellence in sales, accuracy, timeliness, and overall customer service.
“To qualify for the award an auction must score very high in each of our benchmarked categories. Then, each ARI employee provides written feedback on the auctions with the top scores to determine the winner,” commented Bob Graham, director of vehicle remarketing for ARI.
The 2004 auction winners were Airport Auto Auction, Colorado Auto Auction, Central Mass Auto Auction, Mountain State Auto Auction, Northstar Auto Auction, and Big State Auto Auction, while Hauser Motors was the independent dealer winner.
The award signifies that each recipient truly represents ARI’s corporate philosophy of “Partners in Excellence” in all aspects of their organization. “Airport Auto Auction and Colorado Auto Auction have each won the ARI award four times demonstrating the highest level of consistency in performance and service,” noted Graham.
