MT. LAUREL, NJ - Automotive Resources International (ARI), a leading global fleet solutions provider specializing in complex car and truck fleets, recently recognized six auctions with its yearly Auction Award.
The 2009 honorees included two Servnet auctions, one independent auction along with one each from ABC, Brasher’s, and Manheim. Each of the following will be awarded for their commitment to providing exceptional service to ARI and their customers:
Region 1 Bel Air Auto Auction
Region 2 Harrisburg Auto Auction
Region 3 ABC Birmingham
Region 4 Manheim Northstar Minnesota
Region 5 Missouri Auto Auction
Region 6 Brasher’s Northwest
In conjunction with ARI’s Partners in Excellence quality assurance program, ARI continually reviews the accomplishments of its remarketing partners. Each auction is measured on overall market performance, administration and communication.
Benchmarking includes days to pickup, complete condition report, sell and receive funds as well as achievement against Black Book Commercial Index and compliance with company guidelines.
“Considering that ARI utilizes a significant amount of auctions in each region, winning this award is not a simple feat,” commented ARI Vehicle Remarketing Manager Jennifer Schade. “We were glad to see three new auctions make the distinguished list: Harrisburg, ABC Birmingham and Missouri. Bel Air, Northstar and Brasher’s NW were all able to repeat by continually offering exemplary service while also receiving some of the highest returns.”
In addition to their Auction Awards, ARI recognized Transit Pros with a Vendor Award for its extraordinary efforts in 2009. This was only the second time that ARI has honored an industry partner outside its auction group.
“ARI was tasked with an extensive, time sensitive transportation project for a large client, and Transit Pros’ contributions were crucial to its success,” continued Schade. “We congratulate Transit Pros and our auction winners for their outstanding performance and look forward to growing our partnerships with them throughout 2010.”
