FORT WORTH, TEXAS – AmeriCredit Corp. has named ADESA's Des Moines Auto Auction in Grimes, Iowa, and Colorado Springs Auto Auction in Fountain, Colo., as first-quarter winners of the Auction of Excellence award for the Midwest and West Coast regions, respectively. This is the first Auction of Excellence honor for both auctions.
The Auction of Excellence program is based on customer service and highest recovery rate. AmeriCredit representatives assess each auction's performance in a variety of categories, including organization of sale, quality of vehicle reconditioning, dealer turnout, and average recovery rate for AmeriCredit vehicles. In addition, they evaluate pre-sale services such as vehicle transportation and condition reports.
