AmeriCredit Recognizes Top-Performing Auctions
FORT WORTH, TEXAS - AmeriCredit Corp. has announced the recipients of its Auction of Excellence program for the second quarter of 2006.
FORT WORTH, TEXAS - AmeriCredit Corp. has announced the recipients of its Auction of Excellence program for the second quarter of 2006:
Midwest - ADESA's Des Moines Auto Auction, Grimes, Iowa
Northeast - Harrisburg Auto Auction, Mechanicsburg, Pa.
Southeast - Tennessee Auto Auction, Nashville, Tenn.
Southwest - ADESA's Austin Auto Auction, Austin, Texas
West Coast - Portland Auto Auction, Portland, Ore.
These auctions will compete with other quarterly award recipients in their respective regions for AmeriCredit's 2006 regional Auction of Excellence awards, to be presented at the end of the year to each region's top-performing auction. One of the 2006 regional winners will be named AmeriCredit's Auction of the Year.
The Auction of Excellence program is based on customer service, and highest recovery rate. AmeriCredit representatives assess each auction's performance in a variety of categories, including organization of sale, quality of vehicle reconditioning, dealer turnout, and average recovery rate for AmeriCredit vehicles. In addition, they evaluate pre-sale services such as vehicle transportation and condition reports.
