FORT WORTH, TEXAS – AmeriCredit Corp. has named ADESA's Des Moines Auto Auction in Grimes, Iowa, as the winner of the Auction of Excellence award for the Midwest region for the third quarter of 2005. This is the auction's third consecutive Auction of Excellence honor.
The Auction of Excellence program is based on customer service and highest recovery rate. AmeriCredit representatives assess each auction's performance in a variety of categories, including organization of sale, quality of vehicle reconditioning, dealer turnout, and average recovery rate for AmeriCredit vehicles. In addition, they evaluate pre-sale services such as vehicle transportation and condition reports.
