AmeriCredit Corp. has recognized Tennessee Auto Auction and Portland Auto Auction as second-quarter winners of the Auction of Excellence award for the Southeast and West Coast regions, respectively.

AmeriCredit Corp. has recognized Tennessee Auto Auction and Portland Auto Auction as second-quarter winners of the Auction of Excellence award for the Southeast and West Coast regions, respectively.

The Auction of Excellence program is based on customer service as well as highest recovery rate. AmeriCredit representatives assess each auction’s performance in a variety of categories, including organization of sale, quality of vehicle reconditioning, dealer turnout, and average recovery rate for AmeriCredit vehicles. In addition, they evaluate pre-sale services such as vehicle transportation and condition reports.

In addition to ranking No. 1 in the Southeast region, Tennessee Auto Auction’s final score for the second quarter was the highest in the nation.

Portland Auto Auction received AmeriCredit’s 2003 regional Auction of Excellence award after competing with other quarterly award recipients in the West Coast region.

Southwest – Lubbock Auto Auction
