Wells Fargo Auto Finance recently named ADESA Phoenix as Auction of the Year, Southwest region. This is the first year ADESA Phoenix has won this top honor, which is given annually in four different regions of the country.
The award was presented to Jerry Stiver, general manager of ADESA Phoenix, at a recent meeting. “Winning this award is a direct reflection of the winning team we have built at ADESA Phoenix,” he said. “They are among the friendliest, most experienced auction staffs around. I am proud to accept this award on their behalf, and thank them for their continued dedication to our customers.”
The award is based on several factors, including overall financial and operational results as well as customer satisfaction, retention, and service levels.
“Our business with ADESA has grown phenomenally during this past year,” said Howard Segal, Wells Fargo Auto Finance vice president of remarketing. “Not only are we immensely impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service we’ve experienced working with ADESA, but their expertise has allowed us to surpass our initial remarketing goals. We look forward to continued success with ADESA.”
