Prior to assuming his new role, Cieslak served as ADESA Sarasota’s assistant general manager. He had previously served as fleet/factory manager since 2004. From January 2003 to March 2004, he served as the factory director for ABC West Michigan. He began his career in the auction industry as the fleet lease coordinator and factory coordinator at ABC Washington/Dulles, now ADESA Washington D.C., from July 2001 to January 2003.

Dietrick’s early career includes several entrepreneurial ventures. Immediately after graduating from college, Luke pursued his lifelong dream of becoming a stock car driver. After driving in a regional circuit for a couple of years and being involved in a serious accident, Dietrick turned his attention toward entrepreneurial business ventures. His background also includes supervisory, sales, and procurement experience with a number of firms located in the Midwestern U.S. In 2005, Dietrick joined what is now known as ADESA Sarasota as the auction’s outside sales representative, eventually moving into the general sales manager slot. Most recently, he served as the auction’s assistant general manager.

Prior to joining ADESA, Pohl was public relations director/project manager for Digonex Technologies, Inc., an Indianapolis-based software developer. From 1993-2005, he was project manager for the Indiana Film Commission, working to promote the state’s $300-million film and television industry. Pohl also worked as a freelance PR/marketing manager and Web master for CJ Rayburn Race Cars in Whiteland, Ind., and a cable manager at WNIN-TV in Evansville, Ind.

Sewell managed brand strategies and marketing programs that delivered against a wide range of objectives. Her work in corporate positioning, advertising, investor relations, sports marketing, sales promotion, and product branding broke new ground in the financial services industry and won numerous awards. Prior to joining ADESA, Sewell served as vice president, brand development for Conseco, a Fortune 500 financial services company.
