ADESA Certifies its First 12 Value Vision Sales Professionals
CARMEL, IN – ADESA's Value Vision Sales Professional (VVSP) program has recently certified its first 12 employees.
CARMEL, IN – ADESA’s Value Vision Sales Professional (VVSP) program has recently certified its first 12 employees.
“This program is really about teaching our employees how to better do their jobs, serve our business partners,” Tapp continued. “The program embodies ADESA’s belief that investing in its employees is always a great idea.”
The certification program, which takes an average of three months to complete, is offered to all ADESA dealer consignment sales professionals. More than 170 employees are currently enrolled in the VVSP program and all new additions to the company’s sales team will also receive the training.
