ADESA Acquires Dent-Removal Company Dent Demon

CARMEL, IN – ADESA has acquired Dent Demon, a company that has been providing paintless dent repair (PDR) services to the automotive industry for more than 15 years.

CARMEL, IN – ADESA has acquired Dent Demon, a company that has been providing paintless dent repair (PDR) services to the automotive industry for more than 15 years.

“I am pleased to acquire an established company that we have had a strong working relationship with for several years,” said Jim Hallett, ADESA president & CEO. “Dent Demon has been one of three major providers to this industry, and it gives us great confidence to know that we have a team of qualified, trained technicians who take pride in delivering the highest quality service to our customers.”

Dent Demon will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of ADESA, and onsite technicians will report directly up through ADESA auction general managers. ADESA will continue to operate the PDR business under the Dent Demon brand. All PDR services carry a full money-back customer satisfaction guarantee backed by ADESA.
