MOLINE, MI – ABC West Michigan, an Auction Broadcasting Company (ABC) facility, celebrated its 10th anniversary and received a service award presented by Huntington Bank at the same time. On August 18, the auction celebrated a decade in business with a vehicle sale, where 1,100 dealers in attendance bid on more than 1,800 cars. The celebration included dealer appreciation promotions, with more than $50,000 in cash, fees, and prizes awarded.
ABC West Michigan, established in 1996 as West Michigan Auto Auction, has experienced a decade of growth. "We started as a six-lane auction, and now we are a full-service 12-lane, state-of-the-art facility," explains Mark Hammonds, general manager. "We have a completely automated recon ramp, as well as a semi-automated pre- and post-sales inspection process. Our auction is definitely in a growth mode.
