ABC Announces Opening of ABC Southeast Florida
INDIANAPOLIS - Auction Broadcasting Company (ABC), LLC, expands its presence in Florida with the acquisition of the Fort Pierce Auction from BSC America, announced Michael Hockett, CEO of ABC and Raymond Nichols, BSC CEO. Located in Fort Pierce, Fla., the auction has been renamed ABC Southeast Florida.
INDIANAPOLIS - Auction Broadcasting Company (ABC), LLC, expands its presence in Florida with the acquisition of the Fort Pierce Auction from BSC America, announced Michael Hockett, CEO of ABC and Raymond Nichols, BSC CEO. Located in Fort Pierce, Fla., the auction has been renamed ABC Southeast Florida.
With the new auction, ABC will operate ten wholesale auto auctions across the United States. "Fort Pierce is only 45-50 minutes north of West Palm Beach in a rapidly growing area, situated right off I-95 near the Florida Turnpike. We are already adding more parking and expanding the physical facility,” Hockett said.
BSC America owns and operates four other wholesale auto auctions, located in Bel Air, Md.; New Orleans, La.; Tallahassee, Fla.; and a Damaged Vehicle Auction and Marshalling Center in Edgewood, Md. In addition, BSC America is actively involved with several other operating businesses, including financial services offered by Banking Services Corp with lending services for vehicle dealers, and specialized insurance services for lenders and leasing companies offered by Lee and Mason of Maryland. Other BSC business company interests include asset management and liquidation, commercial real estate holdings and land development.
