NASHVILLE, TN - 2013 marks the 10 year anniversary of CARS Recon. Inc. (Capital Automotive Reconditioning Services). Since its founding in 2003, the company has expanded to 28 locations, grown to include approximately 550 full time employees, and processed more than 3 million vehicles for sale at auctions.  The company began offering services in the detail shops only and has expanded into paint and body shops, mechanic shops, inspections, and sale-day arbitrations.

“While our primary focus is still in the detailing area, these other areas offer growth opportunities for the company”, says Ron Hope President/CEO.

Hope explained that the company has been recently reorganized to better position itself during the next decade.  As part of the reorganization, Kay Hudson has been named Vice-President of Operations.  Kay formerly served the company as HR Director.  Jody Waits has taken the position of Senior Vice-President of Finance and Administration, taking on all administrative duties including HR and banking relationships. Named Senior Vice-President of Business Development is Brian Hope, who will work to coordinate activities across the company’s network, expanding not only the company’s footprint but also the services offered to the Auction and Automotive Industry.

“This re-organization was implemented to streamline functions and allow the anticipated growth as CARS Recon, Inc. moves forward,” said Hope.

“The past 10 years has been wonderful for CARS Recon, Inc.,” Hope concluded. “I am favored with a superb staff at all levels in our organization.  We look forward to a very prosperous and secure future as we begin our second decade of service.”
