The National Auto Auction Association has named DAA Northwest Auto Auction as its 2019 Western Chapter Auto Auction of the Year for its outstanding public service.

The award was established in 2016 and recognizes the charitable acts that auctions perform in order to encourage greater volunteer involvement.

DAA Northwest Auto Auction, which is based in Spokane, Wash., was selected this year for its fundraising and volunteer efforts to address the domestic violence, abuse, homelessness, hunger, school absenteeism, achievement gap, and other issues afflicting the children of its community.

DAA Northwest Auto Auction is one of four finalists representing NAAA’s Eastern, Midwest, Southern, and Western chapters competing for NAAA’s “Auto Auction of the Year for Excellence in Community Service.”
