Pierre Pons will no longer serve as ServNet's CEO at the end of 2019 as part of a broader restructuring of the organization that represents independent auctions, ServNet announced.

Pons, who served as CEO for 12 years, will step down as ServNet transitions into a single executive director-led structure. Penny Wanna, who serves as vice president, administration, for the organization will also leave the organization, and will continue leardership roles with Auction Academy and TPC Management Co.

Eric Autenreith, ServNet's president, is leading the search for the executive director. Pons will assist in the search.

"We have great admiration for Pierre and the TPC team, and are grateful for his skill, leadership and dedication to our group for these past 12 years," said Bruce Beam, ServNet's president-elect and general manager of Dealers Auto Auction OKC. "Not only has he worked tirelessly to fortify ServNet as an organization, but has been instrumental in strengthening the ServNet brand.

Pons stated that his departure will allow TPC Management to expand its service offerings to more independent auto auctions across the country. TPC Management will continue to provide its consulting, recruiting, and succession planning services to the majority of ServNet auctions after he steps down.
