ServNet Auctions Experience Strong Sales Year to Date

ServNet Auctions saw tax season come early this year, as 2018 sales volume so far has remained strong, according to a mid-year update from Eric Autenrieth, president of ServNet.
Two methods that ServNet auctions have employed in order to keep buying activity healthy is selling more upstream and expanding its online capabilities.
Earlier this year, ServNet grouped over 100 U-Haul vehicles from the 22 ServNet auctions across the country and offered them in a weekend online-only event through SmartAuction, Autenrieth noted.
This was the first time an online-focused approach like this was taken for a sale, according to the company.
“It was one of the many ways that ServNet auctions collaborate to enhance market exposure for its customers, and is the kind of event we expect to use even more in the future,” said Autenrieth.
So far this year, several ServNet auctions have improved their facilities in some way, in part due to the strong market the industry has had this year. They include BSC America's Bel Air Auto Auction; Clark County Auto Auction; KCI Kansas City; Indiana Auto Auction; Carolina Auto Auction; and Greenville Auto Auction.
Based on a lively economy and a healthy market, Autenrieth expects the market to continue to thrive through the rest of the year.
