Motley’s Richmond Auto Auction based in Richmond, Va. received several awards from C&F Finance and C&F Remarketing for it’s accomplishments in the auction industry.
The awards the auction received include C&F Finance Company’s Auction of the Year, C&F Finance Company’s Highest Retention Rate, and C&F Remarketing’s Auction of the Year for 2020, according to the auction. Of the 26 auto auctions that C&F works with, these annual awards are given to the auction with the highest retention and volume.
C&F Finance Company is a leader in indirect lending, providing automobile, marine and RV loans in 22 states throughout the U.S., and C&F Remarketing assists dealers, lenders and banks nationwide in liquidating vehicles and assets through wholesale channels, according to the companies.
“It has been an honor to work with both C&F Finance Company and C&F Remarketing,” said Wyatt Carter, general manager of Motley’s Richmond Auto Auction. “I am enormously proud of our staff and the hard work they dedicate to this account and others like it. Without the teamwork of every department, this would not be possible and we would not be recognized by our national consignor partners like C&F.”
Motley’s Richmond Auto Auction has an average of 500 vehicles auctioned every Friday and is a subsidiary of Motleys Asset Disposition Group. Operating on 35 acres of land, Motley’s Richmond Auto Auction offers the ability to run seven simultaneous lanes, full reconditioning and mechanical facilities, in-house body shop, enhanced vehicle imaging, in-house transportation, AutoIMS and full integrated online capabilities with OVE.com, SmartAuction and Edge Pipeline, the auction said.
“This is the second year Motley’s Richmond Auto Auction has received the C&F Finance Auction of the Year award. This year they added two other top awards. We appreciate the great relationship and partnership we have built with the Richmond Auto Auction team. We look forward to continued growth and success in 2021,” said Mike Wilson, COO of C&F Finance Company and C&F Remarketing, LLC.
