SYCN Auto Logistics (Ship Your Car Now), Mercury Auto Transport, and Rite Way Auto Transport Group have merged to form one of North America’s largest, founder-led, privately owned automotive logistics companies.

The combined organization handles over 25,000 vehicle moves each month, serving customers who need to transport their personally owned vehicles (POVs), corporate relocations, commercial fleets, oversized equipment, dealer deliveries, auctions, remarketing, and OEM logistics.

Each company brings specialized expertise: SYCN Auto Logistics in technology-driven relocation, fleet, remarketing, OEM, and dealer services; Rite Way in oversized and complex vehicle moves supported by proprietary tracking systems; and Mercury Auto Transport in direct-to-consumer POV shipping.

Together, they will operate under a unified technology platform that offers real-time tracking, automated processes, and expanded national coverage.

"What we’ve built in the fleet and dealer space is now amplified by advanced technology and new channels,” said SYCN Auto Logistics CEO Gavin Kesten in an Aug. 14 news release.

CEO of Rite Way Auto Transport Group, Jeff Lassen, added, “We all competed in different market segments — now we’re combining strengths to deliver a broader, more capable service network.”

Matthew Sandomir, CEO of Mercury Auto Transport, noted, “This merger is about delivering measurable benefits to our clients, proving that growth and high-quality service can go hand in hand.”

By aligning operations, resources, and vision, SYCN, Rite Way, and Mercury are building a stronger, more interconnected organization capable of delivering more value at scale.

Each company will continue to operate under its own established name, maintaining the brand identity, customer relationships, and service levels.
