Auto Auction Services Corp. (known as AutoIMS) recently unveiled changes to its client success team, with AutoIMS veteran Ann Cammarata promoted to VP of client success and Bo Boshell as senior director of client success.

Cammarata will continue to oversee the client support team and take on umbrella responsibility for the solutions and marketing functions in her new role.

Boshell, a long-time veteran of DataScan, brings his operational expertise and service-first orientation to managing the solutions team. Reporting to Boshell are Michael Greene, newly promoted to director of solutions, and Dusti Daniel, solution advisor. The solutions function carries out most sales and project management duties at the company.

“It’s no secret that our clients have come to expect a very high level of service and support from AutoIMS,” Cammarata said in a news release. “Having worked with Bo before, and with Dusti and Mike for years, I know each of them are stepping up to make AutoIMS the provider of choice in our industry.”

Boshell added, “While I have a lot to learn, we have a strong, capable team and welcoming culture open to innovation and fresh ideas; it already feels like a great match.”

AutoIMS is also moving on the marketing front as it’s in the process of filling the open position of marketing manager.

“Over the past several months we’ve worked diligently to assess and grow our in-house capabilities and determine our best opportunities to grow our client success capacity,” said CEO Venkat Krishnamoorthy in a news release.

The management changes come as Joe Miller, the executive vice president of client success, leaves the company June 30 to move on to a new career.

As a technology service provider for the wholesale remarketing industry, AutoIMS connects more than 1,200 commercial consignors, 750+ auto auctions, and numerous third-party providers.
