The National Auto Auction Association’s (NAAA) Western Chapter has named Kansas City Independent Auto Auction as its Auction of the Year, according to a company announcement.

The award recognizes an auction with a proven track record for public service.

Kansas City Independent’s charity work benefiting disadvantaged children and their families was what helped the auction earn the award, NAAA noted.

As a winner of the Western Chapter Auto Auction of the Year award, Kansas City Independent Auto Auction is now in contention for NAAA’s top honor, which has the winners of the association’s Eastern, Midwest, and Southern chapters as finalists.
