Black Widow Imaging announced a new partnership on May 11 with Orlando Longwood Auto Auction (OLAA), one of Florida’s largest auto auctions. Orlando Longwood Auto Auction is a member of the Auto Auction Holdings group of auctions and will use Black Widow’s imaging services and imaging marketing services, according to the news release.

“Orlando Auto Auction is excited to begin Auto Auction Holdings partnership with Black Widow. OLAA stives to deliver our customers the tools they need to have confidence in buying online,” said Josh Lorenz, general manager, OLAA. “Black Widow’s technology will provide high-quality images for our online and in lane buyers. Black Widow will also allow us to maintain our efficiency as we will run thousands of cars a week through the booth.”

“Black Widow Imaging is thrilled to have the opportunity to partner with Orlando Longwood Auto Auction to provide their customers with the most consistent and transparent vehicle images for their online and in-lane sales. We can’t wait for Orlando Longwood to experience first-hand how our system can drastically improve their image capture process that will generate new incremental sales, reduce labor costs and arbitrations, as well as remove the worry of not getting all your dealers vehicles imaged,” said Darren Kemper, chief operating officer of Black Widow Imaging.

Black Widow’s camera system captures images and 360-degree virtual tours in seconds, with images automatically uploaded to a dealer’s software, enabling faster marketing and transacting with customers for a higher level of assurance. After a pre-owned vehicles has processed through servicing and repaired any minor damages such as dents and dings, dealers can drive through the Black Widow camera system – which is suspended from the ceiling – to capture images that are automatically uploaded to a dealer’s software for faster to-market processing and transacting with a high level of assurance. Benefits can include savings in labor, increased auto through their lanes, and a higher level of integrity because of sharper images for buying, selling, and marketing vehicles.
