FLD, Inc. Contributes to Haiti Relief Effort

DELRAY BEACH, FL – Moved by the tragic events in Haiti, employees and management at FLD, Inc. have pooled resources to make a donation to the American Red Cross for earthquake relief.

Employee contributions were matched five-for-one by FLD, one of the largest privately held automobile remarketing companies in North America. With headquarters in Delray Beach, Fla., FLD also operates offices in Philadelphia and Los Angeles.

“Our Haitian employees were relieved to learn that their relatives were okay, but they all know someone who was affected by this terrible tragedy,” said Ron Sanders, CEO of FLD. “We hope that our donation to the Red Cross will in a small way help in the recovery of Haiti and its people.”

FLD encourages its partners, vendors and associates to contribute to the American Red Cross (www.redcross.org) or to a charity of their choice working for relief in Haiti.
