MT. ARLINGTON, NJ – The International Automotive Remarketers Alliance (IARA) Board of Directors voted unanimously to endorse the National Auto Auction Association (NAAA) arbitration policy at their August meeting. Jane Morgan, ADESA, presented the 10-page NAAA policy at the IARA July Roundtable meeting in San Diego.
“The NAAA arbitration policy brings additional standardization to the remarketing industry. The buyer and seller responsibilities are clearly presented and we look forward to all NAAA member auctions adopting the policy,” said Steve Houston, president of IARA.
