Dealers Auto Auction of Alaska, Inc., in Anchorage is under contract to purchase Kodiak Auto Auction, Inc., in Anchorage.

The transfer date is scheduled for May 1. Dealers Auto Auction will be relocating to Kodiak's facility and it will be renamed Dealers Auto Auction of Alaska.

Kodiak Auto Auction is currently a six-acre, two-lane facility built in 2000.
