Credit Union Remarketing Services to Provide Free Repo Services to Clients

ALTADENA, CA – Credit Union Remarketing Services (CURS) has contracted with a national repossession company to provide repossession services free of charge to participating CURS clients. This fee will not be deducted from any proceeds paid to the Credit Union for the sale of the vehicle.

Typically, the normal process for financial institutions is to notify their repossession company to pick up a vehicle from a delinquent member and deliver the unit to a predetermined location. At that point, the unit is either retained at the repossessions storage facility or transported to a local auction at an additional cost.

Other benefits include percentage guarantee upon release of vehicle, detailed reports, availability of individual account representatives, online account access, increased return on every vehicle processed, and no repossession charges.
