Manheim is adding personalized features to its online platforms in 2019, the company announced.
Citing the success that companies such as Netflix and Amazon have had with deploying personalized services, Manheim stated that it will deliver experiences tailored to each individual dealer across its digital properties.
The key Manheim solutions that will receive personalized enhancements in 2019 include the Manheim.com home page, the search experience, and simulcast and seller dashboard. In addition, Manheim will deliver a new mobile experience, which will offer personalized vehicle recommendations, relevant filters, faster access to critical information, and improved keyword search.
"The enhancements to both Manheim.com and the mobile app reflect Manheim's continued investment in digital channels," said Hallowell. "With Solutions geared exclusively for our clients, dealers will be able to navigate the digital wholesale marketplace with increased information, helping them make faster and more informed decisions."
Manheim will choose a select group of dealers for the pilot of this program in the second quarter, all users will be able to try the new personalized experienced throughout the rest of 2019.
