Toyota Motor North America (TMNA) and Toyota Financial Services (TFS) have made a number of executive changes in order to improve efficiencies at the companies.

Sandra Phillips Rogers, who served as group vice president, general counsel and chief legal officer, has been named as chief diversity officer for TMNA, Toyota announced.

Alec Hagey, who previously served as vice president and general manager, Los Angeles Region, for TMNA, has been named group vice president, sales, product and marketing for TFS.

Pete Carey has been named group vice president, service operations and Toyota Financial Savings Bank for TFS. He previously served as group vice president sales, product and marketing for TFS.

Karen Ideno has been named group vice president, product marketing, brand and remarketing for TFS. She previously served as vice president, product, marketing, CSR, and communications for TFS.

Randy Stephens has been named group vice president, product development office and chief engineer in York, Mich. for TMNA. He previously served as group vice president and chief engineer TMNA research and development.
