A date has been set for the burial of Matt Marks, long-time executive director for the International Automotive Remarketers Alliance (IARA), who passed away suddenly from a heart attack on Oct. 28.

The burial will take place at Arlington Cemetery on May 21 at 3 p.m. with full military honors, including a 21-gun salute.

Anyone interested in attending the services must arrive by 2:30 p.m. at the Administration Building. From there, all will follow a procession of cars to the grave site. The services will last about a half hour.

Following the services, Marks' wife Rita invites all who attended to meet at the Arlington Court Suites (1200 North Court House Road, Arlington, Va.) at 5 p.m. for dinner and drinks.

A block of rooms is available for $135.20+tax for anyone interested in staying at the Arlington Court Suites. Please confirm if you are attending with Rita Marks at rita.marks1942@yahoo.com

Marks wished to have donations made the Wounded Warrior Project, in lieu of flowers, for his memorial. Make a donation today.
