Nowcom announced it offers access to Carfax Vehicle History Reports through its DealerCenter dealer management system. Carfax-subscribing dealers can easily run and view Carfax Reports for any used car in inventory from within DealerCenter’s inventory management system. In addition, dealers can share the Carfax Reports they run with potential buyers on DealerCenter’s Dealer Website product.
With one-click access to Carfax right from DealerCenter’s Inventory Management system, dealers with Carfax subscriptions can help ensure they acquire and carry vehicles with the right vehicle history to offer to customers online and on the lot.

“Nowcom’s DealerCenter DMS product is constantly evolving,” said Robert Lekstrom, Nowcom COO. “We’ve recently integrated a lender submission platform and now Carfax Reports. Integration of Carfax supports our dealers’ ability to advertise and sell vehicles more effectively. It’s representative of our commitment to product improvement and service enhancement to add value for our dealers.”
Recent independent studies show that dealers providing Carfax Reports with cars listed on their website get potential buyers to stay twice as long on the site. Shoppers also are five times more likely to submit a sales lead. DealerCenter lets dealers take advantage of the Carfax brand and information to help sell more cars and make more money.

GAMACHE
“Carfax Vehicle History Reports are a vital part of a dealer’s used car operations,” said Larry Gamache, communications director at Carfax. “Having access to valuable Carfax information through Nowcom’s powerful DealerCenter DMS helps our mutual customers acquire the right cars, advertise them more effectively and sell them faster.”
