BEL AIR, MD - BSCAmerica, the parent company of Bel Air Auto Auction and Tallahassee Auto Auction, launched a new website, bringing information about all its divisions and services together in a newly-designed, intuitive interface at www.bscamerica.com.

"Our new presence on the internet is extremely user-friendly," explains Michelle Nichols, BSC vice president.  "BSCAmerica is a family of companies, with divisions in banking, automotive remarketing, insurance and appraisals.  Our new website represents all those entities, but because the majority of our traffic seeks information about our auctions, the new website focuses quickly and directly on the tools our auction customers need."

Nichols explains that auction inventory lists are immediately accessible from the front page of the website, making it convenient for auction customers to access inventory for all BSC Auction events:  the weekly sales at Bel Air Auto Auction and Tallahassee Auto Auctions, bi-weekly GM Factory Auction, weekly Salvage /Inop auction, weekly public auction, monthly Powersports and monthly Truck and Equipment Auctions.

"Our customers are really thrilled with the sort and search features incorporated into the inventory lists," says Nichols.  "A dealer can quickly search for a specific vehicle by year/make/model, mileage or VIN, or can sort the list by multiple criteria to focus on a group of vehicles within the given parameters. The variety of search tags and the speed with which the searches and sorts can be done make the website a vital tool for the customers buying at BSCAmerica auctions."

Nichols notes that BSCAmerica's website allows dealers to quickly locate the portals for online sales.  They can log on to Simulcast sales at either Bel Air Auto Auction or Tallahassee Auto Auction directly from the home page.  The home page also includes direct links to OVE and SmartAuction.

From the website, a customer can access consignment forms that can be filled out directly online and submitted to the auction via email.  Market report information, which is password protected, is also available, along with a variety of information about promotions and special events, and auction services.

"We've received a tremendous amount of feedback from our customers saying how much they like the new website," says Nichols.  "We have between 2,500 and 3,000 vehicles in our system every week, and our customers are raving about how easy it is not just to search, but to search in multiple ways to find the vehicles they are looking for.
