AutoIMS.com member auctions now offer a value-added service to local fleets via access to a “light” version of AutoIMS. Through MyLocalAuction.com, local commercial accounts can streamline auction communications and automate key remarketing processes exclusively with the registering AutoIMS member auction.
Preformatted reports provide fast, easy visibility of all inventories. Report options include: search, submitted for pick-up, submitted for drop-off, at auction, sold, archived, and titles needed. Users add inventory individually via the Web interface, or they can upload data on multiple vehicles from a spreadsheet application such as Microsoft Excel.
Participating auctions establish the accounts, designate users, receive, and process assignments through their AutoIMS administrative system.
