IronPlanet has scheduled a live heavy equipment auction in its series of Spring 2016 Cat Auction Services live events for May 3 in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas.
IronPlanet has scheduled its Spring 2016 Cat Auction Services sale with an unreserved public auction in the Denver area for April 13, the company announced.
IronPlanet's first spring auction will take place on March 23 in St. Cloud, Minn. This Midwest auction is the first of five major onsite events this spring across the U.S., Canada, and the U.K.
IronPlanet sold more than 2,350 items for $93.8 million in gross merchandise volume (GMV) at its Cat Auction Services unreserved public auction in Kissimmee, Fla., last week.
IronPlanet has added a fifth day to a Cat Auction Services event in Kissimmee, Fla., that will feature more than 2,000 pieces of equipment offered for sale.
The auction showcased equipment from 131 sellers, which included 25 Cat dealers. More than 21,000 people attended the auction, onsite or online, from 132 countries.
Utilities in Texas or Pennsylvania looking to expand or replace their existing fleets will have two opportunities in the month of January. The auctions will be held Jan. 29 and 31.
Utilities in Michigan, Oklahoma, Illinois, and North Carolina looking to expand or replace their existing fleets will have four opportunities and more than 1,800 pieces of equipment and vehicles to choose from.
Utilities and construction companies in Texas and Indiana will be auctioning off heavy-equipment, truck tractors, and vocational and utility trucks from companies such as ComEd and Asplundh Tree Expert Co.
