The National Auto Auction Association is ending its partnership with Cherokee Media Group for its National Remarketing Conference in the fall, the association has announced.
Glenn Mercer, an automotive analyst that has been in the industry for over 30 years, will lead the Auctions of Tomorrow session at the Conference of Automotive Remarketing.
As the technology equipped in cars continues to grow and evolve, data privacy will become a key concern for vehicles at wholesale. The remarketers of tomorrow will need to know how to properly deal with the information stored in vehicles.
Following the record consignor attendance that last year’s Conference of Automotive Remarketing (CAR) garnered, the International Automotive Remarketers Alliance (IARA) will be holding a consignor-only group discussion on the first day of the 2018 CAR.
CAR was highlighted by discussions addressing trends that will affect the future of the remarketing industry. The conference was held March 1 to 2 at the Paris hotel in Las Vegas and was held in partnership with the International Automotive Remarketers Alliance (IARA) and the National Auto Auction Association (NAAA).
