KAR Auction Services' TradeRev has named several associates to executive roles and expanded the responsibilities of Keith Crerar, executive vice president, the company has announced.

TradeRev has promoted Will Farmer to executive director of dealer sales for the U.S. markets. The company has also hired Vince McNeal as executive director of commercial sales for the U.S. and Canada.

This round of promotions and hiring follows KAR Auction Services' full acquisition of TradeRev earlier this month.

Farmer served as TradeRev’s southeast regional director, where he managed the southeast sales team and account management for major auto group operations. In his new role, Farmer will focus on national sales growth and management of TradeRev’s five regional sales teams.

Farmer brings more than 14 years of experience as a licensed auctioneer with a deep knowledge of the industry, according to the company. He had served as president and owner of Farmer Auctions in Virginia. Before that he worked at ADESA East Tennessee.

McNeal comes to TradeRev from ADESA, where he served as executive sales director. In this new role, he will continue to oversee a number of KAR commercial clients along with his new responsibilities.

Crerar’s current responsibilities include overseeing sales and operations in the U.S. and will be taking on the additional responsibilities of leading commercial accounts sales and account management for TradeRev’s U.S. and Canada markets. Prior to this role, Crerar — who has 15 years of experience in the automotive industry — served as vice president of dealer services for ADESA.
