The average monthly payment for a leased vehicle in July has remained essentially flat from the previous month when the average monthly payment was approximately $340, according to online lease deal marketplace Wantalease.com.

Of the 60 vehicles that the website tracks, 39 maintained their prices from June, 15 offered payments of $200 or less a month, and three offered payments of less than $150 a month.

“Good deals on popular leased cars are remaining steady as summer continues,” said Scot Hall, executive vice president of Wantalease.com. “As dealers continue to try to find ways to attract more lease shoppers, we expect these prices to remain stable in the coming months.”

The Nissan Sentra SV, Volkswagen Jetta S, and Nissan Altima 2.5S are the models currently offered for less than $150 a month. The Nissan Sentra has been at this price point for the last three months, while the Volkswagen Jetta’s price declined by 29.4% since last month.

The Infiniti Q50 2.0T Premium is currently the only luxury vehicle to be offered at less than $350 a month. The vehicle has maintained its $329 a month price tag for the past three months.

The Ford Fusion SE FWD also saw a price decline from the previous month. At $169 a month, the Fusion experienced a 16.7% decline in price month-over-month.

In July, the only vehicles to experience price reductions have been smaller cars. Vehicles in the truck segments have maintained their prices. In fact, the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 4WD experienced the largest increase in price among all vehicles, rising 33.33% to $339 a month.
