Manheim has appointed five new general managers in the central and west regions. Four of the appointments come from within the company, while one of the appointments comes from outside the company.

Jason Blake will assume the role of general manager at Manheim St. Louis, a location where he most recently served as an assistant general manager. Blake has been with Manheim for 21 years, during which, he has worked at six different locations. Throughout his tenure, he has broadened his knowledge of the business and resolved obstacles promptly and effectively and he will continue to drive growth in his new role, Manheim stated.

Victor Ferlaino has been named general manager of Manheim Kansas City. Before assuming this role, Ferlaino served as the general manager of Manheim St. Louis and before that as the general manager of Manheim Cincinnati. He has spent a total of 18 years with Manheim, and during his time in the St. Louis location, he was instrumental in piloting Retail Advantage, a wholesale-to-retail vehicle solution for dealers.

Scott Maybee is joining Manheim as the general manager of Manheim Northstar. Before joining Manheim, Maybee served as vice president of Operations for Nissan Canada Finance, and before that he served as director of Financial Products and Marketing for Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp.

Manheim has named Ray Priest — who has held a 16-year tenure at Manheim — as the general manager of Manheim Denver. He most recently served as the general manager of Manheim Seattle. Before that, he was instrumental in building a test auction in Alaska, which was open for two years, according to Manheim. And, in 2016, he successfully executed a cross-border mobile sale with Canadian vehicles.

Tom Saldutte has been promoted to general manager of Manheim Milwaukee. Saldutte has been with Manheim for 29 years and was most recently the assistant general manager at Manheim Milwaukee. According to Manheim, Saldutte has a track record of developing teams to drive results and build client trust and credibility.
