TORRANCE, CA – The Vehicle Remarketing staff recently visited the Thousand Oaks, Calif., auction location for Auctions in Motion (AIM), which was hosting its weekly two-lane vehicle auction.
Founded in 2006 and priding itself on its “boutique auction approach,” AIM auctions are strategically placed in the top four Southern California markets of Santa Ana, Pasadena, Ventura, and Thousand Oaks, according to the auction.
AIM has a customer-service focus, and prides itself on not just being a vendor, but a business partner.
“The auction was non-stop action. Seeing a live auction with hundreds of vehicles was truly an experience. The AIM staff was professional, friendly, and visible throughout the auction event,” said Lauren Fletcher, managing editor for Vehicle Remarketing. “They obviously knew their customer base, and their customers knew them.”
According to George Pero, President and CEO for AIM, “Our focus is about the people. We cater to our customer’s needs with a ‘Get It Done’ business philosophy that resounds throughout the entire staff. The AIM Team exhibits a relentless passion not only to meet, but to exceed our customer’s expectations every day.” Pero further explained, “Our ‘grassroots’ relationships in the industry have allowed us to establish an outstanding network of buyers and sellers at our auctions enabling us to promote the most trusted and optimum live bidding environment in Southern California.”
AIM is also going social, having joined Facebook and LinkedIn. To follow, search “Auctions in Motion” on the social networking sites.
According to the company, AIM fully engages the industry’s marketplace, offering respect, integrity, and unparalleled customer service. The company continues to seek new business opportunities as well as increase market share in its existing locations.
