MOUNT LAUREL, NJ – ARI - Automotive Resources International, a global fleet services provider specializing in complex car and truck fleets, announced the 2011 recipients of the 13th annual ARI Regional Auction of the Year Award.  A sincere commitment to consistent quality service and strong working relationships has resulted in several of the auctions being acknowledged with this award for multiple years.

The 2011 honorees include one ServNet auction, one ABC auction and four independent auctions.  Each of the following winners will be awarded at their location in order to fully recognize their staff for providing exceptional service to ARI and its customers:

Region 1               Rochester/Syracuse Auto Auction    two- time winner

Region 2               Corry Auto Dealers Exchange          two- time winner

Region 3               ABC Birmingham                             two- time winner

ARI continually reviews the processes of its remarketing vendors to ensure the best possible customer service is extended to its clients. To win the award, each auction is evaluated on overall market performance, administration and communication.  Benchmarking includes days to pick up, complete condition report, and sell and receive funds, as well as retention against Black Book Commercial Index and compliance with company guidelines.

“We’re constantly impressed by the industry-wide efforts towards remarketing excellence with this year’s winners distinguishing themselves by truly embracing ARI’s Partners in Excellence philosophy,” said Jennifer Schade, ARI Vehicle Remarketing Manager.  “Each honoree’s staff epitomizes outstanding service, working diligently to ensure continuous market communication and the greatest possible return for our clients.”
