DYER, IN - AutoLookout Incorporated, a Web application development firm, announced 2010 additions to its network this month amid high demand for customized technology for Independent Auto Auctions. The company added a total of 21 facilities to their network of independently owned auctions.

"Auctions have responded to increased customer demand for interactive online tools to source and remarket used vehicles. A searchable and easily sorted run list is no longer good enough. Dealers are looking for more and more information online.

AutoLookout’s robust set of account management tools, pre-sale marketing, and post-sale reporting methods are a natural fit for an auction looking to provide top notch services and convenience to buyers and sellers," noted Dan Diedrich, president of AutoLookout. “This brings our total facility count to over 65, with over 750,000 transactions conducted through the lanes and online.”

AutoLookout expects another high growth year for 2011, with five new auctions slated to go live in the first two months of the year.

A few key statistics from 2010 include:

  1. 50-percent year over year increase in site traffic.

  2. 32,000 registered Dealerships, with over 100,000 total users.

  3. Over 5.5 Million Condition Report views for the year.
