ROCHESTER, NY - Upstate Auto Auction, owned by Stephanie Eden Enterprises, responds to the call of northeast dealers who wish to buy and sell their vehicles in a temperature controlled environment. The auction, which opened in July of 2009, consists of 400,000 sq. feet, and operates the entire auction process completely indoors - from arrival to sale.

This winter was the first testament to the dealer's appreciation for the benefits of the climate controlled facility. They expressed relief that their feet were dry, and that they didn't have to bring a snow brush to look at the inventory. Also, at every auction they are treated to complimentary food and beverages, so overall, they enjoyed their entire auction experience, according to the auction.

Upstate Auto Auction was also quick to employ some of the latest technology that contributed to the dealers' satisfaction. The auction runs 2 events every week, both of which are simulcast. In addition, the checkout process is expedited by a paperless system.
