FLINT, MI - Flint Auto Auction hosted its annual Corvettes and Classics sale on April 15, where the auction ran more than 200 Corvettes, 100 specialty units, and 100 classic vehicles in conjunction with its regular weekly consignment sale. The day started with a gourmet breakfast starting at 7:30 am, and a pre-sale prize of a Lambskin Corvette jacket. At the conclusion of the sale, a drawing was held for the grand prize: a six-speed, black-on-black Corvette coupe. All dealers buying and selling at the auction between March 25 and April 15 qualified for the drawing.

“We work hard to have fun every week at the auction, but it is especially important in these economic times," said Flint Auto Auction owner John Luce. "The Corvettes and Classics sale is always a lot of fun, and one of our biggest sales of the year. This year we welcomed more than 1,155 dealerships and ran 2,071 cars, including vehicles from Chrysler Financial, GMAC, National City, Avis/Budget Group and Enterprise, in addition to 1,100 dealer consignments.
