FREDERICK, MD – Executive Director Frank Hackett has announced Charlie Vogelheim will serve as Educational Consultant for the National Auto Auction Association (NAAA). An industry veteran with more than two decades experience as an automotive industry analyst, advisor, and commentator, Vogelheim will work with the NAAA to facilitate the association’s educational programs.

“We are pleased to have an industry expert of Charlie’s caliber to administer the association’s educational activities,” said Hackett. “He will plan and moderate the panels and round table discussions, and work with the guests speakers at our meetings, focusing on the issues affecting our membership and responding to the ever-changing climate of our industry. Our goal is to build a new level of involvement and awareness among NAAA members through our educational programs, and, with Charlie’s help, we look forward to creating a more exciting learning environment for everyone attending our meetings throughout the year.”

Vogelheim is a frequent speaker at automotive seminars, educational meetings and media interviews. He has been a regular correspondent on Car and Driver Radio’s weekly show, an Auto Industry commentator for Fox Business News, and contributes to automotive publications and blogs. During his tenure as vice president of automotive development at J.D. Power and Associates, he was responsible for the International Automotive Roundtable, the premier forum for industry leaders and executives to share and discuss market forces affecting the automotive industry.
