CARMEL, IN – Three ADESA auctions received Capital One Auto Finance’s annual Auction of the Year awards. The awards, which were presented at the recent NAAA conference in Washington, D.C, recognize wholesale auctions that exhibit outstanding levels of performance and customer service. Capital One also created a new award this year, the Appreciation Award, which it presented to ADESA Dallas.

Each year, Capital One recognizes one auction from each of its six regions as an Auction of the Year. To choose the auction of the year, representatives assess each auction’s performance in a variety of categories, including sale organization, retention rates and customer service, as well as pre-sale services, such as vehicle transportation and condition reports.

This year, ADESA won three of the six awards presented. The winners were:

  • Auction of the Year, Southeast Region, ADESA Knoxville.

  • Auction of the Year, Southwest Region, ADESA Los Angeles.

  • Auction of the Year, South Central Region, ADESA Tulsa.

    ADESA Dallas also walked away with Capital One’s first-ever appreciation award for the auction’s willingness to work closely with Capital One in testing new products, services, and promotions.
