CARMEL, IN – ADESA announced that Brett Roland has been named senior vice president of real estate, construction, and facilities. He most recently worked for Duke Realty Company in Indianapolis, where he served in the role of vice president of construction and development.

“Brett brings more than 21 years of industry experience as well as extensive knowledge in the areas of development, leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions,” said Warren Byrd, ADESA executive vice president of corporate development. “We’re excited to have Brett on board. His expertise will be a great asset in guiding the expansion, renovation, and construction of ADESA sites nationwide.”

During his time at Duke Realty Company, Roland managed the retail division’s leasing, construction site acquisitions, dispositions, and project teams. He has also held various management construction positions for companies along the East and West coasts, and even founded and developed his own construction services company.
