ATLANTA – Jim McKnight has been named strategic execution officer of Manheim and Sue Boehlke has been named senior vice president of Manheim Enterprise Solutions, the umbrella organization that encompasses both Manheim’s Technology and Online Solutions groups, Manheim president and CEO Dean Eisner announced.

“Jim and Sue have made valuable contributions to our company, to our customers and especially to the growth of our online offerings,” said Eisner. “Their new roles will allow them to expand their leadership and continue to influence the evolution and growth of Manheim’s online and in-lane efforts.”

McKnight, former president of Online Solutions for Manheim, assumes the newly created post of strategic execution officer. This key role will allow him to bring an enhanced focus to the implementation of the many efforts under way that will strengthen both Manheim’s online and in-lane efforts.

McKnight has worked within Cox Enterprises, Manheim’s parent company, for more than 25 years. In that time, he has served as president of OVE.com, where he led the Web site’s impressive growth in the first year of its formal debut.

As chief operating officer of www.AutoTrader.com, he was responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of the company, including the oversight of its sales, marketing and dealer services departments and of its product management and technology initiatives. McKnight also helped develop the Web presence of AutoTrader.com and helped foster its relationships with key Web companies such as Yahoo!, Edmunds and others.

BOEHLKE

Boehlke, former chief operating officer of Online Solutions for Manheim, will now have responsibility for Manheim’s Technology and Online Solutions groups, including all aspects of OVE.com, Manheim.com and Simulcast. In her new role, she will join the senior leadership team and will report to Eisner.

Boehlke served as chief operating officer of OVE.com before being named chief operating officer of Online Solutions. She came to OVE.com from AutoTrader.com, where she was senior vice president of operations and was charged with keeping the Web site at the forefront of technology. She was also responsible for marketing, product management, initiative portfolio management and enterprise program management operations. Boehlke’s areas of expertise include strategy, planning, program management, vendor selection, IT management and IT best practices.
